Our History
AIM Research and Leadership Foundation has its genesis in the fore-runner sole proprietorship established in 1997 under the name "Summa Marketing Limited".
During the period 1997 - 2009, the company steadily evolved as a research company even as its proprietor, Gustavo Perera, balanced short term assignments, first with the reputable import/export company - Grace, Kennedy (Belize) Limited (1998-2002), and then with the Society for the Promotion of Education and Research (SPEAR), an NGO and advocacy organization (2005-2009).
In 2009, the company re-launched the brand as "Summa Research Agency", and now in 2016, the brand is being re-positioned to incorporate a leadership element within a ministry context and under the name - AIM Research and Leadership Foundation.
